Well GTA is a casual title, I mean a game where you can choose to do what you want to, and spend your time little tideous missions or waste your time not doing anything at all, it's one of the most casual friendly games that for some reason is deemed "core" now, I believe once a game has became a big franchise it usually starts to fall under core, like Madden used to be the game you bought on SNES to play sports with a couple of friends and just something you screwed around with but when PS1 hit it became huge and then you had the countless crappy rip-off (shovelware, sounds familar) and now the rip-offs have died out yet Madden is now a "core" title :\

Both have been confirmed a few times over.  WM+ will only be used to help with amining and keeping the camera from going spastiic when pointing off screen so far though they've cosnidered making some WM+ specific actions as well but nothing noted yet.
