I think the best IP of all time is Shadow of Colossus on the PS2. I haven't finished the game yet but the bosses I've fought with so far are unbelievable and like something I never seen before.

OH! You meant games, well in that case probably Metroid due to the sheer variation genres between the first and MP3.
