Forums - Sales - Sony Games Division Loses To Increase by $337Million

It is unacceptable to see Sony doing so bad. They are in a desperate need of new managment. For a company that owns as many assets as they do, the idea of not being able to make a profit is horrible. There is no reason that they should not be pulling in bigger profits than anyone else on the planet, and yet they run themselves into the ground. Get these old arrogant executives out, and bring in some people that care more about the company, and buisness at hand.

Stop hate, let others live the life they were given. Everyone has their problems, and no one should have to feel ashamed for the way they were born. Be proud of who you are, encourage others to be proud of themselves. Learn, research, absorb everything around you. Nothing is meaningless, a purpose is placed on everything no matter how you perceive it. Discover how to love, and share that love with everything that you encounter. Help make existence a beautiful thing.

yea pretty sure no law about saying when or who is getting layed off. But I don't know of any company that would tell their employees that they are getting fired before they do.

if you were working for a company and knew your division was getting canned in a couple months what would your work ethic be like. I sure as hell would do nothing and just show up to work and get paid. Hell what they gonna do "fire me" I'm already gonna be fired in a month or two anyway.

So obviously Sony is gonna deny all statements/articles claiming so and so division is gonna be loosing so many jobs. They want their workers to work.

We don't know whats going to happen this year yet. If losses continue in this fasion obviously some jobs are going to be lost. I don't think the whole division is going down (yet) but to think it will be untouched is a bit on the optimistic side.
