Get Valkyria Chronicles first if you like JRPGS like Torillian said. Hell I would go Valkyria, then Persona 4, then Fallout 3. But that's just my taste. Rest assured, they are all good. ..............buy Valkyria first..............lol.

 whoops, forgot to update my profile since I already have VC and Persona 4. but yeah, I'm sold on F3. hopefully it won't disappoint like the "other" WRPGs.

Ah see I assumed you had Persona 4 because of the sig (though certain people disprove this theory, I'm looking at you Soriku) but thought you may not have VC.  Considering how slow I am with updating my own game list I should've thought of that.  I hope you enjoy Fallout 3 immensely.

I'm on 50 hours + on first playthrough, and loving every one of them

Haven't bothered too much with main story yet, just sidequests and exploring.

Just remember to get the patches before you play though.

I cant even recommend the PS3 version.... I suggest the 360 or PC versions since they will be getting the expansion pack to the game.

 You don't like WRPGs then I'd advise against it... it's made for fans of open world non-linear games like the Elder Scrolls series and Wizardry.  BTW if you haven't pick up a copy of Wizardry 8 on the cheap if you can find it... it's an awesome game and keeps it's old school WRPG roots and yet doesn't go all crazy old school (like Wizardry 7 and before)

its just like oblivion. so if you like that get it. or if your like me you disliked oblivion and so you thought you'd give fallout 3 a try see what its about but it turns out to suck as much ass as oblivion. im just happy i only rented it and got a refund.
