GOTY Contestants this year: Dead Space 2, Dark Souls, Tales of Graces f. Everything else can suck it.
I haven't finished Lost Odissey yet, so i cannot comment on the story, but this great game deserves to be continued many many more times xD
Also Mass Effect, The Reapers story just thrills me so much =D

I have played all the 360 JRPG so far and I gotta say that I like TOV the least. The story is weak and the character is lame. You can check my 360 profile and see that I have play and beaten the following JRPG games. Lost Odyssey, Blue Dragon, Eternal Sonata, Spectral Force 3, Enchanted Arms and TOV. I like TOV the least out of all the JRPG I played the last 3 years.
I'm going play Last Remanant and Infinety Undiscovery next.

ALthough I can "kind of" see that the story is weak in the beginning, it ends up being a fantastic story that only gets better after about 5-10 hours in. And as for characters; I certainly hope your not saying the chracters are weakly developed. They are easily some of the best developed characters in a JRPG to date. Yes, they are very anime-like, but that deosn't make them bad in any sense. Also, the main character is twice as badass as any previous Tales, Star Ocean, or even some of the Final Fantasy games. The guy freakin'; murders two people in cold blood, doesn't think twice about taking out a friend turned foe, and makes the other character choose their own courses, and getting pissed at them for hesitation of indecision.

I respect your opinion about TOV and trust me I'm the only one that I know of who doesn't like it. Everybody who played TOV have nothing but good things to say about it. I got weird taste in JRPG (my favorite FFVIII).
Lost Odyssey. We all knew ahead of time that Mass Effect was getting a sequel. I'd like to see what Sakaguchi could do with an LO2. As for ToV, i like the game lot. Instead of direct sequel, I'd rather they make a ToV game from the perspective of Flynn and the knights. Flynn was always doing great things that you heard about it. It would be nice to see the events in ToV from the perspective of him and his knights.
