Has Tales of Vesperia really been discontinued, or was that a just a rumor?

So far -

1. Lost Odissey (Only 12 hours and one DVD on it, but it overcomes every RPG i've played since KH2, it's way too good xD)
2. Mass Effect
3. FO3
4. Oblivion (These two i've played them on PC and PS3, but since they are on 360 too, i count them here)

I just hope the devs know WHY Vesperia flopped, and its obviously not because 360 owners hate JRPGs, because the mediocre TLR and Infinite Undiscovery(I've heard) sold well, especially for how bad they are supposed to be. And Lost Odyssey is selling fantastic for a JRPG.

I feel bad for the devs; in one of they're blogs they said they really hope for the game to be a hit in the west(why it was on 360), and it ended up bombing all because of Namco of America's pathetic ass excuse for marketing. Which, come to think of it, didn't even exist.

Bah. Maybe they'll make one for PS3, or multiplat.

@yungmagic09, i was told that at gamestop and toys'r'us, that the game has been discontinued. so if u want to get the game or know someone who wants the game get it before its gone.

@shadowblind, i think namco should they make another tales game for the 360. should let m$ handle all the ads and tv spots for the game in the states and namco handle the ads and tv spots every where else. if they did that i believe the next tales game on the 360 would be a success like lost odyssey was.

Agreed; that was actually another point on my 7 steps thread; "Get the console manufacturer's marketing ability behind your back as well, and make your game out to be in some sort a system seller to them. After that, its smooth sailing for the game in the charts".

Its never gonna happen though....no use dreaming, I guess. But if it did...I would provide half of the marketing myself.

Try places like Best Buy, Future Shop, and HMV if you can't find it anywhere else. Places like that (at least where I am) have quite a few at every location.

also try kmart, since most ppl dont buy video games their alot, u should beable to find a copy of tales thier.
