Why is Gay Rights an issue in this day&age? What is your thought on it?

I'm completely for them. I have no idea why this isn't legal throughout the US.

ignorant people and if someone hates it and hisorher childs turns out gaey kill him i shall see what happens andthey mind changs

I have no idea. Its ridiculous.

Homosexuals already have rights. (see Bill of Rights)

However, I believe you are talking about gay marriage. I am all for it and I am Republican. If I can be recognized by the government as married to my best friend, even though we are both straight, and get tax benefits, well I have two words for you: Fuck yeah!

I say: if it's not harming anybody else or infringing on someone else's rights, then what two men do in their own bedroom is their buisness. Can't be too much worse than what a lot of "normal" men and women do, can it? Let them have their benefits and marriages and such. It doesn't bother me.

Because some people are insecure and seek to blame their problems on others.
Basically, it's the same as racism/sexism/religious discrimination.

Because they're doing dirty and wrong things, the bible says so. Duh.

Because humans have a natural inclination towards an "Us vs Them" mentality and the religious right (not all of them, but that's where the base is) views gays as the "Them" of the moment. Like blacks before them, they will only ruin america (and that's god's country!) if treated as equals.

You can find me on facebook as Markus Van Rijn, if you friend me just mention you're from VGchartz and who you are here.

I say we forget our illogical biases (sexual orientation, sexual preferences, race, etc.) and create some new totally outlandish reasons to discriminate.

Example: "Sorry Bill. You don't get the job. You have freckles. Now get out of my office you filthy frecker!"
