Damn zexen. Didn't notice this thread earlier, was surprised to see the creator was you... hit a gold mine here!

Haha, don't think there's another reason I created it than that

There's a short multiplayer clip that recently came out on youtube. I'll embed it, but I'd recommend watching it in HD if you can.

It shows a new map and how they've changed the turret placement.

The beta looks nicer than it did before (which I suppose was expected). The animation when the turret is created is awesome. :O

I hope they fixed the turret placement. I hated wasting time loading a turret only to find out that the turret couldn't be placed there. They should tell you that before you do anything.

The game is teh second best sellign item on GameStop.com, only behind the Wii, and it still a month from release!

Also, why can't America get anything like this?

Fucking Spain.

I'll assume you ment the more final builds?

Ugh, I hated that turret thing. It shouldn't even let you stand there trying to build one if no turret was going to go up.

IGN has the Gamekings Killzone 2 feature up and with english subtitles. It's split into 4 parts.

Would you call that a steelbook edition in English because the Netherlands will be recieving those too according to a retailer. At the same time and price as the normal edition

Looks like we can expect Eurogamer's review tomorrow at 5pm GMT. We'll still have to wait till Feburary second for US reviews though.

http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/eurogamer-killzone-2-review-tomorrow-blog-entry

"Killzone 2 has been the subject of intense hype, speculation and discussion ever since it was shown off - or rather, ever since Sony tried to give us an impression of how it would look - at E3 2005.

In the intervening period we've had teasers, trailers, hands-off and finally hands-on previews and a closed multiplayer beta - a rare thing in these days of betas-as-demos marketing - but the ultimate question still lingers: is it any good?

Well, tomorrow you'll be able to find out, as Eurogamer's review of Killzone 2 will finally go live at 5pm GMT on Thursday, 29th January.

We've been playing the game for some time now, both online and off, and we're looking forward to sharing our thoughts. In the meantime, be sure to stop by our Killzone 2 gamepage to gauge our most recent impressions and catch up on things like video of the multiplayer and the latest news and screenshots.

Killzone 2 is due out for PlayStation 3 on 27th February."

It seems the embargo has been brought up for everybody:

Or at least European publications.

these are very good scores only a few week cant...wait..........much.......longer.........BANG!!!!

I don't know if anybody has mentioned it in this thread yet, but Gamepro's score is on Metacritic now. So the 5/5 thing last week was indeed correct.
