Holy balls O_________O!
My anticipation just increased tenfold. That was some seriously impressive stuff.

But... why do the Helghast make those stupid noises when they die?

Some more news

"Amazon just announced earlier today that Killzone 2 was the number one most pre-ordered PS3 game and the #2 most pre-ordered video game total.  This puts it above other various blockbuster releases due out soon, including Street Fighter IV(PS3/360 - #8), Halo Wars(360 - #7), and even Capcom's highly anticipated Resident Evil 5(PS3/360 - #4).

Killzone 2 is surpassed only by Mario Power Tennis, which is due out for the Wii in March."

Impressive

This is mirrored at my store.

As of yesterday, our pre-orders looked like this:

Killzone 2 - 11

Resident Evil 5 PS3 - 7 (4 SE, 3 CE)
Resident Evil 5 360 - 7 (3 SE, 4 CE)

Street FIghter IV PS3  - 9 (8 SE, 1 CE)
Street FIghter IV 360 - 12 (9 SE, 3 CE)

But one guy had both the SE and CE versions of RE5 pre-ordered for the ps3, for some strange reason.

I forgot to check Halo Wars, but most people ignore it once we tell them it's a strategy game.  The bastards.  Strategy > FPS.

It's an oldie, but goodie.

Reloading as a Helghast in the beta.

It's strange, SF4 PS3 seems to be higher than the 360 version everywhere I've checked.
