Super Metroid is the best. The ending was just... amazing!
Worst: Metroid II.

Best Metroid Prime 3. I liked the voiceacting and the whole package was just awsome.

Don't kwow which one is the worst. The Metroid serie is probably one of the few series that every games are great. Even Pinball was very good.

Unfortunately I have only played MP3... It's Nintendo's fault, if they hadn't announced the wiimakes I might have bought MP1 and MP2, GC versions :P

The first Metroid Prime is probably the best.

The original Metroid is the worst. Ironically, Zero Mission is very close to being the best.

We have a clear favourite so far. Of course, this isn't very accurate as people haven't played all the games and "worst" may not imply dislike of the game. I think it is a shame that MP3>MP; MP is certainly more innovative and unique. MP3 feels... like a generic FPS. Which is fine if you like that, but it didn't attempt to be different.

Metroid Fusion had to be my favorite, while Hunters was my least favorite (though I never played Pinball)
