They might track the different versions of Nintendogs separately.

Easy, LBP was way overtracked. Looking at the all format chart. I think it is safe to say that only COD WAWmade it in the top 30 for the PS3. From the list LBP is nowwhere close on TOP 30 list. LBP did indeed bomb hard in the US.

Or did NPD undertrack like they did for the Wii. ;)

With the rest of America's added on, I'd say we're pretty spot on with both.

lol! Yessir!
Call of Duty: World at War Wii doing me proud!

Did Sony undertrack it too when Kaz said 1.3 million copies sold? In fact, if you subtract the NPD and VGC difference, guess what do you get? 1.3 million.
Currently playing on PS3: God of War III
Currently playing on Xbox360: Final Fantasy XIII
Currently playing on NDS: Chrono Trigger

what sign is that exactly? Every game there is a 1st Party game or a 3rd Party Multi-Platform game from an established franchise, one of which is selling more on the Wii and one that was less then the PS3/360 version. The anomaly is Shaun White snowboarding, but I assume that has something to do with the Wii Balance Board. |
That's the top sellers tho. When you have last gen budgets, earning back your money (which is the point at which you start to see profits) is way easier.

Well, being that Kaz didn't say that, I don't see your point.
WAW for PS3 is in the top 20, the only PS3 game that make into top 20. DS game probably consider Nintendo also, so the last game in the top 30 is may be Mortal Kombat VS DC for 360 or PS3 depends.
I am surprise at how well that game sold , Batman Superman probably a main draw for people buying it as gift and such.
I wouldn't call LBP bomb, it sell well just not as well as some Sony fans and Sony probably hope for the title. All my local stores always sold out or have low numbers of LBP on the shelf.
The only game that sadly didn't sell well is Valkkyria Chronicles. There were rows and rows of that game at my local Best Buy. I think JRPG is pretty much a dead and niche genre , at least on HD console.
