is it wrong to list the best games of PS2 n say yay its still the top selling one in one week??

in the NPD results thread today someone said "thank god PS2 still holds the record"

should that person be banned?

I am just expressing happiness at a console that gave us such good games having its record still present.

The DS took the monthly record though. No system has ever sold more than 3 million in an NPD monthly result prior to the DS.

Oh it doesn't matter to me that much, but I would hope to think that people would be a little more respectful.  Main problem in this world is people think with all their freedoms that they answer to no one but themselves which is selfish and greedy.  Your celebrating that the Wii no longer has this record.  That's disrespect.  It's like winning a sports game and doing a victory dance right in front of the other team. 

If you had simply stopped right after you did the large bolded part, you would have been fine. Or is it so hard to enjoy the accomplishment of one thing without having it to be the deterioration of another?  Is that really that hard?

I am glad......for the DS it deserves it & I have expressed my hate towards PSP many times in that case

I find it absurd that the competition is for being the best selling console. 

The DS has actually sold 300K more than the other two.

I'd say we can say that Ps2 vs Wii for best week is a virtual tie, and that DS is a tad higher than that, and GBA a tad lower (DS 300K over Ps2/Wii, GBA 400K lower. The Psx is probably in the GBA league).

It is kind of like LT sales are going to be actually... DS>Wii~Ps2>Ps1~GBA
