Well considering they want to release MH3 in the West this is a good way of promoting it by releasing MH 2 port.

Bad news.

You’ll have to get it from an import shop. Neither MHG or that controller is coming to the US. - Christian Svensson, Capcom Corporate Officer/VP of Strategic Planning & Business Development

If that's true, then I'm confused by Capcom. They stated that they want to increase the popularity of Monster Hunter in the west, but then don't release MHG in the west. It seems that they're just setting themselves up to fail with MH3.
