Forums - Sony - Ready At Dawn Snags GoW Modded PSP for $1,725 Buckaroos $_$

In case you didn't know, a fan of God of War hand-crafted a GoW PSP and case and sold it on ebay for $1,725 bucks. It is a very slick design. Peep the pics here: http://kotaku.com/photogallery/pspgowmod/

Anyway, the creators of the PSP game, God of War: Chains of Olympus, actually bid and won the PSP! 15% of the proceeds went to the Child's Play Charity, and Ready at Dawn will put the PSP in a display case at their HQ.

And, to show the creator of the modded GoW PSP just how awesome they thought his craftmanship was, they flew him (all expenses paid) to Southern California so that he could hand deliver it AND they allowed him to see the new PSP GoW:CoO game before anyone else.

Really? The article is dated on the 16th of August at Kotaku and at Ready at Dawn. Traveling through time must be awesome.

Ah, indeed, but did you know Ready at Dawn bought that PSP? And they flew the creator out to Southern California, and he got to check out the new God of War for the PSP? That's what the article is about. You should, you know, read it next time. Just a suggestion.

how nice of them to fly him over.

To bad nintendo didn't do that to the few wii mods people created ie like that awesome zelda one that was on eBay like 5months ago.

don't be silly!

reading what you posted would be so boring, not to mention that leo-j wouldn't be able to troll if he actually read it...

Can you stop saying I troll? I stay on topic most of the time.

Leo isn't trolling. I understand saying the GoW PSP is old, the auction ended in July. But what happened afterwards is what the article is about, and that's not old.
