Much like the U.S. price drop was leaked it appears that a planned European price cut of the 360 models may have also been leaked. Worth Playing received what appears to be a leaked ad for retailer Carrefour which shows a €20 pricedrop for the Core and a €50 price drop for the Premium. The ad also states that the price drop will take place on August 24th.

My take: Considering the exchange rate between the U.S. dollar and the Euro it's too bad Microsoft didn't lower it by €75 - €100 to put Europe's prices more in line with North America's.
