Can you say Nintendomination?
Wii Play at number 1? Great sales for RE4:WE and TP. I only wish I could have exact numbers....And were't these sales supposed to come out yesterday and the American sales today?

3DS FC: 1306 6473 7511

Nintendod Network ID: xsorenx

Add me for Pokemon, New Leaf, and Fire Emblem, Mario Kart 8.

Yep, But US sales got delayed until the 23rd for some reason.

LOL, PBR beat NGS!

Guitar Hero is selling like crazy, considering all the stores have boxes of them all over the place. Future shop always has about 10 of the 360 ones sitting on shelfs.

Around the Network

Mario, Pokemon and Guitar Hero have 11 of the 20 spots. 5 for Mario alone.

"[Our former customers] are unable to find software which they WANT to play."
"The way to solve this problem lies in how to communicate what kind of games [they CAN play]."

Satoru Iwata, Nintendo President. Only slightly paraphrased.

That's insane - if it wasn't for Guitar Hero, you would swear that was the Nintendo charts - not the overall charts!

Guitar Hero - 3

Tranformers - 2

PS3 (ports?) - 2

Nintendo - the rest (13/20, including 11 of top 15, and 6 of the top 10).

...wait till Guitar Hero 3 hits, including GH for the Wii for the first time...

Thats my country. And I'm one of those Resident Evil: Wii edition sales.

The Wii sales as a proportion of overall sales really is incredible in Canada. Judging by the #1 sales of Wii play, I think Wii just might take number one again. Only country in the world. Damn we're awesome!

I'm a mod, come to me if there's mod'n to do.

Chrizum is the best thing to happen to the internet, Period.

Serves me right for challenging his sales predictions!

Bet with dsisister44: Red Steel 2 will sell 1 million within it's first 365 days of sales.

And PBR is on its second month on those charts, and thats NGS first month. If RE4: Wii needed to push 420k worldwide to pull in some decent profit for capcom Im thinking NGS needed at the very least 520k worldwide. I mean they actually WORKED on that game, updated the graphics to HD etc. Capcom just crapped out the same game and added some waggle lol.

And wtf @ Wiiplays sales RAISING over time. Returning to number 1? lol.

Hmm, Mario Strikers debuted at 15. I guess it came out late in the month but nevertheless maybe Nintendo should make Mario Power Hockey or an FPS where you just hand out food to starving people, CanFor: Peacekeeping Evolved. Sounds like a game Miyamoto-san could get into.

Anyhow, Nintendo is dominating Canada. That's the story just about everywhere but the US (oddly) and a few formerly Sony only holdouts in Europe.
