No More Heroes - hands down, anyone who thinks otherwise is moneyhatted by Micro$oft.

Resident Evil 4: Wii Edition

I say that because the revamped the controls to accommodate the Wii-mote and its much//so much easier to play the game than with a conventional controller. It was a port but a good revamped port.

The control and graphical update for Okami puts the game into another realm of gaming all together.

The control update for RE:4 has basically ruined any future RE game that doesn't use the wiimote, keyboard/mouse, or wiimote with glovepie scripts...
I already downloaded the cracked japan RE5 demo for the 360 and boy was I disappointed. The thumb stick controls are very slow and unresponsive, especially compared to the precision of the wiimote or mouse. Don't get me wrong, I like gamepads for some games like fighters but thats about it ;)

So I would say Okami, RE4, and No More Heroes are pretty much tied.

Dokapon Kingdom, by far. The most original and fun!

Okami or RE, i played neither before i got a wii and they're both in my top 15 games.

Original 3rd party and not a port, i would say Medal of Honour heroes 2. 32 player online was just too badass.

No more Heroes and PES 2008.

Runners-up: Okami, Call of Duty WAW and zack and Wiki.

Okami is number one.

Resident Evil 4 is number two.

I have taken down the names of everyone that said Boom Blox and you're all in trouble. Any of the Myth Makers games is better than that travesty.
