I think Madworld will be the new king, or maybe the Conduit but currently

For me...

Dewy's Adventure - unique gameplay, great graphics, tough bosses, solid challenge, bonus levels, level creator, tons of content and replay value. Very fun. Highly underrated game.

Also Kororinpa and Mercury Meltdown are both awesome on Wii

RE4, Zack & Wiki and Boom Blox of course (I'm sure Okami but never played it)

Godfather: Blackhand edition - Some of the best Wii controls ever. Hope Madworld has the same feel to it.

CoDWaW - Best online FPS so far
GHWT - Why is this not mentions (or RB2) MUST have for any Wii owner.
