Forums - Nintendo - What is the single best Wii party Game?

Wario Ware: Smooth Moves
Mario Kart Wii
Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock (yea i know this is a little expensive, but i got the game with 2 guitars for 80$ at Best Buy....its fun in co-op)

By far the best game for 2 player co-op on the Wii is Metal Slug Anthology but your girlfriend won't care about that. :P

What do you count as a party game?

Super Smash Bros. Brawl? (multiplayer fighting game, but might not be the kind of game for your gf)

Mario Kart Wii? (Racing game, awesome party game really, highly recommended for anyone)

Or does it have to be a mini-games collection?

If it has to be a mini-game collection, I'd say:

1. Wii Sports (but you already own this)

2. RRR:TV party (I haven't played it, but only heard good things about it. Remember you need to own Wii Fit to play it)

And don't forget to play the tanks game in Wii Play - it's a blast.

If you don't own Super Mario Galaxy, it has a semi-co op system. The 2nd player can catch starbits, shoot them and stop enemies, well, really helping player 1.

not necessarily, you can play it without balance board as well, balance board just makes it even more fun

the only game that you cannot play without balance board is Wii Fit

don't mind my username, that was more than 10 years ago, I'm a different person now, amazing how people change ^_^

That is VGChartz LONGEST review. And it's NOT Cute Kitten DS

LoL, is there any other game you cannot play unless you have the balance board?

There is, to my knowledge, no game you cannot play without the Balance Board.

On Wii Ware Dr Mario and Tetris are both great updated versions of two of the best co op puzzlers ever made. I hate calling these games puzzles as they are more arcade-styled action" than puzzles, but they are always grouped with puzzle games. These new versions offer many new modes and ways to play as well as stellar online.

Disc based I'd go with Mario Kart, GHIII, Boom Blox, Mario Party.

BAM! There it is!

Wii Code 3456 7941 4060 2924
COD MW Reflex 541192229709

Wario Ware: Smooth Moves

2 players : RE : Umbrella chronicles

M&S is good as a party game, as long as you view it as just that. If you are playing with people who will be enthusiastic, and be fine with light-hearted gameplay then it is fantastic and creates a great atmosphere.

Bet With routsounmanman: By the end of Q1 2008 Capcom WONT have announced a RE5 Wii Edition OR a new RE (classic gameplay) for the Wii (WON)

House of the Dead 2&3 are good, too.
