Or does it have to be a mini-games collection? If it has to be a mini-game collection, I'd say: 1. Wii Sports (but you already own this) 2. RRR:TV party (I haven't played it, but only heard good things about it. Remember you need to own Wii Fit to play it)
And don't forget to play the tanks game in Wii Play - it's a blast.
If you don't own Super Mario Galaxy, it has a semi-co op system. The 2nd player can catch starbits, shoot them and stop enemies, well, really helping player 1.

not necessarily, you can play it without balance board as well, balance board just makes it even more fun
the only game that you cannot play without balance board is Wii Fit
