There are very few decent Wii games that sold any worse than they would have sold had they been released for any other platform ... Certainly, people like to look at the sales of No More Heroes and Zack and Wiki as games that sold badly, but they never consider that No More Heroes is Suda 51's best selling game and Zack and Wiki was a throwback to a genre of games that hasn't sold well in almost 2 decades.

Even given your ratios (which are not going to hold up) that helped you come to your conclusion, wouldn't that mean the PS3 would have to have 70% of Wii's install base?

looks like alot of vgchartzers want 2 know how i came up with that conclusion i don't like giving out my secrets but i'll do it this time

i may of over exaggerated the time frame of 2010 and 2011 i just said that in case it does happen then i will look like a God i do think it will happen at some point though 

1st around the end of 07 wen i first found this site i noticed ps3 had less than 3 games that were million sellers while wii had way more  i would love to know the exact # of million sellers for that time as im just recalling wat i remember 07 was a horrible year for SW for the ps3 and 06 in a year ps3 was able to get 20 more games to hit that mark and 08 i think won't be ps3 best SW line up year

2nd yes twroo wii does sell more sw than ps3 but how many of those sw that it sells aren't games that don't have the word Wii or Mario Bros. in the game title See around may through nov the weekly #s for wii sw show that games like wii fit wii kart ssbb were always in the top 10 or something like that  while for ps3 there was always a different game tracking on the charts the wii can continue to sell more SW than the ps3 but if its just for the games that are already in the million sellers group it won't do much as far as who will have more million sellers

3rd games like svr 08, cod, nfs ps and  undercover (will happened soon) and some others already hit a mill for the ps3 and there sequels will also hit a mill but unfortunately for the wii these franchises won't be big on it

4th wat the heck is this guy lopoto thinking im not going to sit here and say which game will get or won't get to a mill next 4 each console but i think there are a lot that he's missing for the ps3 go look at the game database yourselfs and see but for him to say that RB2 will hit a million for the wii and not for the ps3 is insane cause RB2 is at .45 4 the ps3 and .26 4 the wii im going by vgcharts tracking for this prediction and for RB2 #s im gonna need more meditation after i read that

5th 360 has a year lead on the wii but the wii has pretty close to double it's user base how come the wii has beaten it yet in million sellers? the ps3 is much like the 360 in wat it offers to a gamer and wat it ofers as far as games it's only a matter of time b4 the ps3 builds up its million sellers the way 360 has now that 3rd party support has gotten better for the ps3

6th BHR-3 doesn't make predictions like most a signal triggers off in his brain telling him that this or that will happen almost like instinct just look how accurate he was in twroo 10 week countdown especially for the wii

did you also notice the Wii has about 25-30 games that will hit 1 million, but have not yet? You see, legs over time, will bring many titles over the hump.

And if you REALLY want to get technical here... BUT

WiiPlay, Wii Fit and MKWii how about equaled all of the PS3 million sellers combined. What, are you gonna blame that on user base.

Also, WiiFit at 14 million WW is closing in on the PS3 entire userbase.... So the question will soon be, what is more profitable a Balance board game or a PS3 game...

One million is kind of an arbritrary number. You could either raise or lower the bar and make different arguments on relative success.

That's an absolutely pathetic prediction! One i'm convinced will come back and bite you on the arse! loads of Wii games have massive legs and ther's probably 20-30 still chugging along now that will probably reach 1m in the next year. That's without all of those not released yet that will too. Where are all these ps3 million sellers gonna come from then? Plus if data was complete i'm sure there would be a few more Wii million sellers too. Don't forget, with a userbase the size of Wii's it will be much less hard work for a game to reach that 1m mark. Did you actually do any research before you made your prediction?

but only 41 b/c it has 46+ million users the 360 has 27mill+ users and it has over 63 games that are million sellers you can't say that it has 22 more b/c it was out a year earlier i don't think it even had 5 b4 06 ended

so "only 41" sounds good to me despite 46 million users out there

look at the ratios

Wii 46 mill user base only 41 games sold a mill+

360 27 mill users 63 games

PS3 19 mill users 24 games

thats something to ponder about
