It's probably straightforward to port it to 360. It's not like it's the other way around. No one ever notices when it's a PS3 --> 360 port but the PS3 version is always inferior when it's 360 ---> PS3

Using PC for development is not developing for the system. It's simply using the architecture to save costs.

And this isn't me theorizing. S-E actually said they were developing on PC architecture, which is why putting it on the 360 will take so little extra work.



A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.

You both found and missed my point. What you said is the exact reason the game is developed for the PS3. I don't know how much if at all it will affect the 360 version but the game is still designed for the PS3 despite being developed on the PC.

Can anyone from continental Europe tell me if they re-record the voice acting in French/German/Italian etc or if they just subtitle the English?

AFAIK they localize voices, too, though I'm not entirely sure since I don't live in a country like that. We always get the English version because we're a small country.

Poland always get only english version.

Great to see that FFXIII is getting closer to our homes :D but i was really hoping for more information on FFvXIII, like details of the gameplay or such
