is this just Japan sales?

Yes it's from famitsu...

[

so they only had 1 game to sell a million last year in japan?

  3DS FC: 4355-9313-6815

no wonder they are begging us to buy 2-3 million of their games.

look at those sales. Take out their remakes and it is pretty ouch for them. Especially how bad the HD high Budget games did

Only ten?

Here is VGC for that week.

And snuggle the girls be they short or tall,
Then follow young Mat whenever he calls,
To dance with Jak o' the Shadows."

Check out MyAnimeList and my Game Collection. Owner of the 5 millionth post.

definatelty square needs to rethink their strategy. releasing rpgs exclusively on 360 didnt work out for them. lets see what they do this year.

Yeah right, like releasing their RPGs on PS3 or multiplatform would suddenly make them sell millions over millions. Additional 100-150k from IU and The Last Remnant (and this one will get its PS3 sales later) wouldnt change the whole picture at all.

SE did fine for a year without any mainline FF/DQ/Kh games, they still ranked #5 japanese publisher of the year and that's more than impressive for a year like that.

This year, if there will be no serious delays, they have a shot at selling 10 millions of software in Japan. Something that, if I am not mistaken, has never been done by any 3rd party publisher in the country.

Uh. That looks pretty good for Japan to me...

Contrary to popular belief SE didn't have that many million sellers last generation in Japan alone on the PS2... so with like nearly no Wii releases...
