What do you name your gaming character when you have the option to do so?

Torillian usually. Thankfully it works well as a name in almost any gaming circumstance where I would need a name.

...

i always use my real name

Wii/Mario Kart Wii Code:2793-0686-5434

Are you kidding? I always leave the default name on!
But if the game makes you do it, I think of a random name of a random character I'm thinking about at the time. Like, if I were to name a character right now, I'd choose Keyser Soze.

Quem disse que a boca é tua?

Qual é, Dadinho...?

Dadinho é o caralho! Meu nome agora é Zé Pequeno!

I never pick the same name twice, I try to always use different (invented) names. They're usually 5-6 letters long and odd-sounding. Except on Shin Megami Tensei games, there I pick a Japanese-sounding name so it fits properly in there. And when there's a default or "official" name, I always go for that one

On the other hand, when I have to put a name for a profile, a savegame or a high score, I always pick Koyn (it's an anagram of my nickname, misspelled)

always "Trinidad TT"

I usually leave it at the default or choose my own name, Alex.

I always try to find out if the game has a consensus for the characters real name, like in suikoden or something with annonymous heroes. If not I usually try to put something that isn't my name, I hate having them say my name in a game....drives me crazy for some reason.

I use my real name.

Don't Worry.....Be Happy

i use the default name. If the game forces you change it i use my real name.
