ive been thinking about nuyung this game but i dont know if it is worth it i went to ign.com and the scored it a 6 but ign uk gave it a 8 now i am unsure i saw it now for 13 euros http://www.play.com/Games/Wii/4-/1027916/Red-Steel/Product.html and wanted to ask is it ok for that price if more than 51 percent of th podters say its worth it i am gonna buy it thx in advance

It's pretty crappy. Call of Duty World at War is the best shooter on the Wii, followed by Medal of Honor Heroes 2. If you want something non-WO II, wait for The Conduit.

This game is pretty bad//if you can put up with the bugs and the sometimes confusing camera angles and the sometimes Wii-mote cursor going off screen and you have to wait probably 2 or 3 seconds for the cursor to appear back on screen then by all means get the game.

This game just isn't worth owning or worth your time. Either get Call of Duty: World at War or get Medal of Honor Heroes 2. If you really want to get into Red Steel then wait for the sequel. The first Red Steel (the one you want) is a launch title that obviously was good to show off the Wii-mote using FPS. And it can be done but not this game.

Just skip and get the superior shooters I listed above.

There are enough games out right now that make it hard to justify buying the game now. Even though it's cheap, it's not worth the time.

It has alot of advantages over most Wii shooters, but it also has alot of disadvantages. I would advise reading thre reviews (ie not just looking at the number) and seeing whether it appeals to you.

That said, I would probably not buy it if I was in your situation (I bought it nearer launch, and don't regret buying it)

ok thanks guys well i already have medal of honor heroes 2 so i guess i`ll just leave it and buy cod waw and the conduit instead

Red Steel 2 will most likely be a big holiday 2009 release and is gonna support motion plus so i'd wait for that personally..

You've also got The Conduit just around the corner and CoD: WaW that isn't very old..

Don't waste your money on Red Steel

i really enjoyed the game, it's not random that it's one of the only shooter on Wii that made it to 1 million

and it's just 13 Euros, get it!

Why all the hate? I liked it despite the flaws. :(
