HALO, GEARS, METAL GEAR SOLID.....they were TRULY hyped among media n everything

The original Killzone was overly ambitious for the PS2. Its faults were due to the PS2 not being able to handle what the developer wanted to do graphically, etc. I have yet to read anything negative about Killzone 2 and have no doubt that it will live up to all of the hype. Guerilla has much more under the hood to work with this time and will not be held back.

Regardless of the hype, the game does look pretty awesome, so we will just have to wait and see..........

You know, every few months PS3 fans start hyping another game through the roof, and someone makes a thread telling them that they should really calm down and let the game come out before they go nuts about it; and every that poster is ridiculed and told that the game will be great. Then, when said game either a) is not good or b)fails to sell the bajillion copies it is being hyped up to sell, the fans deny any knowledge of the hyping, and quickly find a new game to flaunt.

Can you guys take some advice from a pretty middle ground guy? Knock it off, it is really irritating to watch the same cycle repeat again and again.

Why do you guys keep blaming Sony fans for talking about games they want to play? It is not our fault you have no games to hype. I am sure they will be some soon.
