I think your viewing alot more PS3 fans due to their increased presence here on the forums for damage control. Since the PS3 has been under alot of attack lately, its only natural to see a increased build-up of fans to defend their console. I'm a xbox 360 fan myself and I defend the PS3 every-so often because of the relentless attacks; although if I agree with why they are being attacked. I'll join in on the attack to. Huh.. I wonder what kinda fan boy that makes me.

I find that this is the only place where that is true. You can find 360 fans in abundance outside this site.

PS3 fans/fanboys feel the need to attack/defend/hype/etc every single thing about the PlayStation brand, and I remember a good topic a while back comparing fanboys of each respected console. It's as if they need to post for better or for worst just to rest their insecurities. In the case of 360 fan/fanboys, they don't seem to care that much about hype, forums etc (in comparison to PS3 ones, of course, we have our few share of loyalists here thankfully), and at the same time they have the highest HD console sales, software sales (first and third party), and attach rate. That must speak for itself, shouldn't it?

Also, do remember you're on VGChartz, a heavy PS3 biased site. If it wasn't for the few hardcore 360 fans and decent amount of unbiased mods *coughcough*, this site would've been completely taken over a long time ago. Also, this is a sales tracking site, hence the heavy PS3 presence of insecurities/damage control or the need to, as Stubbsy said, "prove themselves."

Lastly, be prepared for known PS3 fanboys to come in here and say "What do you mean, I see tons of 360 fans! you're blind, etc."

there is not more ps3fans/fanboys that 360 fans/fanboys here, it depends on the forums u go to. if you like 360 forums ull see more ps3 fans/fanboys dissing it on those forums and vice versa

There is actually a disproportionate number of PS3 fans here. Check out the Poll of the Week from October 6. The PS3, despite being in last place sales-wise, is easily the platform most gamed on here.

everyone is at least a closet ps fan.
