I used to closely compare this and InFamous to each other when I had first heard about them, but now I'm beginning to think InFamous will be better. Nothing to do with exclusivity, just everything I've heard about it says the game will be flat out amazing. That and I haven't heard enough about prototype, and what I have heard is that it's a very linear game with limited 'do what you want' ability.

Gorier is nice..but if it's linear and I can't walk around the city killing off the police force, I don't want to play.  If I can't climb up all the buildings and hide when I'm hurt, I don't want to play.

The game looks good, don't get me wrong.  And linear isn't always bad if you know what you're doing when you make the game.  The special powers the character has, and the way he evolves and attains new powers looks compelling.  Regardless of any negative I can come up with, I'm going to at the very least rent this game and give it it's due diligence.  That said, I'm still expecting InFamous to be better.  I never said it won't be good or fun.

They're both more or less complete sandbox games, particularly Ultimate Destruction, in which you can round around destroying property and beating up giant robots and throwing tanks and whatnot.

Is anyone else getting a sorta... venom/spider man Symbiote vibe from this game? Looks good none-the-less. I'll be renting it definately, buying it? Maybe we'll see how it compares to infamous.

Nah that's common sense..something I tend to lack from time to time.  Had I paid attention, I might have been able to figure out which games you meant..my bad.

In that case, yes I played Assassins Creed, and no I haven't played Incredible Hulk.  I wasn't overly impressed with Assassin's Creed, nowhere near as much as a lot of people I know hyped it up.  But I understand where you're coming from, in comparing it environmentally.  I hope Prototype turns out to be be like this..but I really haven't heard enough about it to be honest.
