Gorier is nice..but if it's linear and I can't walk around the city killing off the police force, I don't want to play. If I can't climb up all the buildings and hide when I'm hurt, I don't want to play.
The game looks good, don't get me wrong. And linear isn't always bad if you know what you're doing when you make the game. The special powers the character has, and the way he evolves and attains new powers looks compelling. Regardless of any negative I can come up with, I'm going to at the very least rent this game and give it it's due diligence. That said, I'm still expecting InFamous to be better. I never said it won't be good or fun.
