How hard would it be for VGchartz to get included in Metacritics reviews? Since we do a fair few reviews now, is it an option? do we do enough reviews? are we 'reliable' enough?
Just wondering if anyone could give me a bit of insight on this.

Well it looks like they have worked something out with metacritic. They need 300 total reviews, and 15 a month to get on gamerankings though.

As far as I know you need to submit an application of sorts to be included in Metacritic's samples. The editor then carefully examines the reviews published by the applying outlet over a long period of time.
If he/she is satisfied with the consistant content posted, they give the media outlet the green light.
Then flames ahoy! As gamers rejoice or rage at the subsequent results.
