Forums - Sales - NA numbers are up!

The DS number is very strange. One would expect similar numbers to others. I don't think there is a huge supply constraint. Best to hold off comment until there is some kind of clarification.

I haven't seen the DS on shelves in weeks...

They are probably putting more resources to making the DSi.

Very low DS sales.

Nintendo still doomed?

The Wii number would have been a million higher is supply was there, let's keep that in mind folks. Clearly number is having problems making enough systems.

Out of all the stores i've been to over the last week the DS had the strongest suppy, so i'm pretty sure thats not the issue. Most peope would of bought it for their kids so its no really surprise to see their sales drop the most.

I think the DS was supply constrainde

Xbox 360 isn't dominating the PS3 enough, there is hope for Sony.

You sure are optimstic, maybe you are behind low ds numbers just to make ps3 look better.

The Xbox 360 lead is enough to say that the 360 will maintain its lead, but its not enough to say that Sony is out of the picture. Unless we see the market tipping towards the 360 one could say at this point that parity between the two is very achieveable with a $50 price cut in both the EU and U.S. So unless Microsoft moves once again on price early this year I would expect at this point a rough parity between 360 and PS3 next holiday season.

Tease.

Maybe the NDS is getting to a saturation point...well yeah it seems unlikely. I suppose that is because holidays are over and people doesn't have more money to spend right now.

Wii sales are awesome! and PS3....well......
