Apparently it's not that obvious. In just abaout all recent shooters if someone finds you from behind you get shot 2-4 times and you die. There are only TWO ways that can happen in UT2004 and that's with the shield gun, or with a point blank flack cannon primary. However knowing just how fast UT2004 is, doing that actually takes more skill than pressing forward on a stick.... God I hate those recent games.... It's as if they were specifically made to make it so that even the biggest noobs can get in a few kills to make themselves feel good.... I'm looking at just about EVERY shooter on a console and recent PC shooters too. Actually any shooter since UT2004....

Edit: I also forgot about the headshots, but again, people in UT2004 are moving SO fast that a headshot does deserve to be a frag.

See that's retarded, you are walking down a hallway, and another guy is walking down a hallway, the chances that someone turns around from a corner from behind you is pure blind luck. Yes he should get the upper hand, but in no way should it be a frag to him. My roommate who is absolutely horrible can even score frags like that... There is no skill involved with suddenly finding yourself behind someone...

Also good luck with your manta vs my shock rifle. Tell me how that works out for you.
