I gotta say you earned the hate, jerry. Although, we can not know what will happen in the future... 50 million for the PS3 is a "possibility" if the economy continues to suck, and if things happen to go further against it. In all likelyhood, though, the PS3 will at least reach 60-70 million, and if Sony holds true to their "10 year plan" it may reach 100 million at the end of all those years, but I'd say 80 million is more realistic and plausible.

Wow you are so happy I'm not a mod cause I'd find the louziest excuse to ban you for your fraud predictions. 360 outselling PS3 2 to 1 LTD is probably the wackest prediction I've read in a while.

VGChartz Hardware data for the period 05th Jan 2008 to 27th Dec 2008:

PS3 has sold roughly 20M in 2 years
360 has sold roughly 28M in 3 years
Yet 360 will Reach 100M, PS3 50?

well, if you make ridiculous claims for all three consoles without any substantial evidence to back it up (and just winging some numbers isn't working), and then add in some biased word use, then you deserve all the crap people toss at you.

even if the ps4 is announced in 2012 not every title will be switched/focused on the ps4, only key system sellers. other than that software/support will still be on the ps3. so lets see ps4 announced 2012 doesnt hit stores till late 2013 if not 2014. ps3 will still be selling strong up to the release of the ps4. 50 million LTD seems a tad low imo, i would have to say 75 million LTD

Wow way to lowball the biggest brand name in home console gaming. PS1 and PS2 combined have sold more than NES, SNES, N64, GC and Wii combined.

PS3 will sell at least 80-100 million. Possibley more if it becomes as cheap as standalone blu ray players.
