Forums - Gaming - $100 dollar 360 price drop in Australia. Core now the price of a wii

Now MS needs to have a price drop on their games. I think if 3rd party games were $50 and 1st party $40 they would sell more software. Even if it all came down to $50 standard I think they would move more software.

Maybe oftopic, but in Norway the Core-version is actually cheaper than Wii. The Wii has a MSRP of $430 while the XBOX360 Core has a MSRP of $365.

This article about the price cut has some GfK numbers in it, although it is not clear up to which date. But seeing the numbers they must be recent.
