1. Why "GC" instead of "NGC"?

2. Why are the Game Boy and Game Boy Color considered the same  console  handheld?

3. Why are all PC types considered the same?

2. Because the DS and DSL and DSi are also considered the same (PS and PSX as well).
3. Because this site isn't about PC games/sales mostly

exactly, that's my whole point =P

on a more serious note : PSX was a Sony digital video recorder with fully integrated PlayStation and PlayStation 2 video game consoles. Since it was designed to be a general-function audiovisual device, it was marketed by the main Sony Corporation and was released only in Japan on December 13, 2003.

1. Because this site have a strong bias against Nintendo.

2. Nintendo do it. It is too risky to contradict Hiroshi "pimpy" Yamauchi.

3. Well after the PC IBM compatible revolution only Apple remain like alternative ( no more Commodore, Atari, Nec, Sharp proprietary home computers ).
