The movie now comes with another extra 30 minutes of footage. Also it is exclusive to BluRay disc. Besides the movie actually being longer then the original it will also hold a 1hour long demo of Final Fantasy XIII. What this means for the gaming comunity is that if you import it you will finally get to see what FFXIII plays like. AWESOME! It also has lengthy versions of trailers for both FF Versus XIII and Agito XIII. Japan is also getting a FFVII ACC PS3 bundle in the near future as well.

I am praying for a few more action scenes put into it. Maybe a more elaborate fight between kadaj, loz, and yazoo vs the FFVII team(I dont thing they got enough screen time).  This movie has a lot going for it. You get...

I haven't seen any version, but from all accounts, it was lacking in character development. I anticipate the deleted scenes will either bt that or just stretching out the action even further.

I've known about the japanesse release, anyone know if and when it will hit the states?

There has only been one other release besides this one. The same version of this movie came out on DVD and UMD. The newer version, FFVII:Advent Children Complete is exclusive to BluRay and comes with extra content, Director's Cut if you will.

first ff movie was so much better it's not even funny... it had a great story etc. ACC was like a bunch of scenes plunged together as a fanservice for ffvii fans while those of us who never played ffvii is left to wonder where the cohearent story went.

No offense to anyone who liked it, and i might even still get it. I was just very dissapointed after spirits within.

maybe its just that I have heard of this version coming to blu ray like at least a year ago. i mean i have had the dvd advent children since it came out in the U.S. and that was a Looong time ago.

they need to hurry up and release things, and quit just announcing them
