Anybody else having issues with the ps3 online network? I mean...

It takes a few tries to log into the PSN, because it fails a lot saying there was a DNS error

When i can log, it usually just disconnects after a few minutes, giving me another error i forgot the number...

Damn, i can't even play a whole coop match on R2... I am the only one having this or it's a firmware issue? Because, you know, nothing is wrong with my internet, it's just this damn playstation network >.<

well when ever i boot up my router upstairs, and log into psn it says dsn error, because the router isnt fully loaded yet, after a few seconds it connects perfectly fine.

ive never had any of the problems you have faced, it must be your connection.

hopefully it will start to run fine for you.

...not much time to post anymore, used to be awesome on here really good fond memories from VGchartz...

PSN: Skeeuk - XBL: SkeeUK - PC: Skeeuk

really miss the VGCHARTZ of 2008 - 2013...

Yes, it's been like this for quite some time, i'm thinking about making a wired connection but i don't want another wire in my room >.

Flow -"The important is to pwn other ppl"

It's your crappy connection.

Upgrade your firmware for your router

Maybe there are people around your neighborhood downloading warez to no end. That would cause a sucky connection too.

i get

DNS error 80710102

its your internet not PSN. And also when i played R2 i will have to say the online interface sucked and i could never finish a match

just Fyi I have my PS3 wired to my router thinking that would solve these issues but it didnt make a difference

And disabling the media server didn't worked

Sorry for the rude thread title, i was really angry at the time lol

My friend had this problem as well, and it is your internet connection.  To play R2 you need a stable connection or their servers will auto-kick you in an effort to prevent lag cheating.  I would recommend a wired connection.  In my friends case it was a corroded fixture outside his house that his ISP found and fixed.
