I haven't seen anyone talk about this yet. I found the demo to be a bit of a mixed bag. The single player portion felt like a slightly less idiotic version of Dynasty Warriors all the way up until you face Sauron(sp?). The classes are all pretty varied, but the enemy AI in general is basically brain dead. I hope the infinite spawning they allow in the demo isn't in the final game.

However, the multiplayer section was fucking fantastic. You are on a team of up to 8 vs. another 8(Good vs. Evil) and you have to acquire points by holding bases. The mode is pretty standard, and plenty of games have a variation of it. In this game though, the level of teamwork at play is astounding. Going in as a well oiled group with varying classes can really put some hurting on the enemy if you all know how to best utilize your strengths and weaknesses. On top of that each team gets some huge hulking allies, which I still don't know whether they are computer controlled or player controlled. The good side gets the giant treebeard creatures and the Evil side gets those huge Orc trolls.

I definitely recommend everyone try out the demo. Thoughts and opinions?

Is the demo on XBOXLive? or did you get it with a magazine or something?

I downloaded it on PS3. I just kinda assumed it was on Xbox Live also. Maybe not.

I've never played Star Wars Battlefront, but I suppose it's possible since it's the same developer. Was the enemy AI brain dead in SWB also?
