Forums - Gaming - Alright, Already. I know What You Hate. Now Tell Me What You Love

First off and foremost, I love the Sonic the Hedgehog series. Even though the series hasn't flourished since moving to the third dimension, with games like Sonic & Knuckles, Sonic the Hedgehog 2, and Sonic CD, I can proudly say that I am a fan, and I will continue to be one.

I love Nintendo as a developer. Their creations, both big and small, with games and consoles alike, continue to inspire me with endless innovation and fun. From the N64 to the Wii, and from Super Mario World to Super Mario Galaxy, it doesn't get much better than this.

I love Rare of the 90's. With games such as Banjo-Kazooie/Tooie, Diddy Kong Racing, and Conker's Bad Fur Day, every day was an adventure on the N64.

I love the Castlevania series. It may not stray off the beaten path, but what it does offer is amazing. I've been slaying Dracula for 8 years now, and I'm glad I had the opportunity to play these wonderful games.

I do love my Wii
And your poem too.
And can't wait to see
What motion plus do

I love you, World of Goo!

I'd try to write something more creative, but I have to go play World of Goo.

I love how it has a huge seller with Sonic in it.
Even if it is probably lame and I'll never play it.

Yet, today, America's leaders are reenacting every folly that brought these great powers [Russia, Germany, and Japan] to ruin -- from arrogance and hubris, to assertions of global hegemony, to imperial overstretch, to trumpeting new 'crusades,' to handing out war guarantees to regions and countries where Americans have never fought before. We are piling up the kind of commitments that produced the greatest disasters of the twentieth century.

The End  o_O

Playing Shadow the Hedgehog was like a dream,
Wait, more like a nightmare, conceived by the Sonic Team.
Because of them, I thought that my boy was dead,
Then I got to enjoy the delight that is Sonic Unlea-shed.
Yes, I know I cheated above......sue me ;)

Since May '07 I've owned a Wii and a DS.
They have provided me with the usual Nintendo gaming bliss.
I'm always having a ball,
When playing titles like Brain Age, Battalion Wars and Brawl.
I didn't really play Battalion Wars, I just wanted to put another
Nintendi game that began with B. Maybe one day.

When I first heard of the DS, I thought it was weird.
It confused me terribly - I scratched my beard.
I'm glad I bought it, on the bus it keeps me company,
However, on it I've spent far too much money.

The name Wii seemed odd to me - I mean, it's a word that's related to pee.
I'm glad that the name is something I could look past, since it's filled me with glee.
I play it everyday, with others or myself,
And when I play Wii Fit, it's good for my health.

Playing Super Mario Galaxy was a blast from the past.
This game, in my opinion, has been unsurpassed.
It's just a magical delight, a joy to play,
You must play it post-haste - don't delay!

The first time I popped in Super Smash Brothers Brawl,
It didn't work, I was so sad I began to bawl.
Quickly it was fixed, the problem was not chronic,
In no time at all I was playing as Sonic!

The World Ends With Me - no, no, The World Ends With You.
Playing this game certainly did not make me blue.
The dual screen control was sometimes hard,
But Neku was always able to keep his guard.

Final Fantasy IV DS was such a pleasure,
I was a sucker for collecting the treasure.
This was my first Final Fantasy, so to it I will always be partial,
I'll always love Cecil, my party's marshal.

Very Poetic, my compliments.

Smash Brothers is the road to fame
For kicking butt and taking names
A fighter is a choice for each
But I prefer to play as Princess Peach
Other fighters may talk trash
But they all fear her final SMASH
Which is why she is my idol
Nothing stops her except Midol
