Of late I find that Zelda calls again
To save the day 'gainst Ganon's porkish might
Or plumbers born to pound on mushrooms' ken
Ne'er fearing Koopa's scorn or Big Boo's fright
The games I love span all of time and space
From youth to now, from Pong to Solid 4
In Brawl and Zork I've died and been an ace
And lived a million lives and made high score
So on I'll play though people say its strange
For youth and joy are mental; not of age
Let's keep the fires burning for our kids
Who need to know of Tetris falling blocks
And shown the Contra code and FF's Cids
And all the endless reasons gaming rocks.
