Fuck all of you brawl loving fagz. Brawl sux major dick and takes no skill to play. All I do to be good is play MK and spam the fuckin B button. All you scrub ass nubz need to learn how to play a real fighting game with real combos. and when I say combo, I don't fucking mean spam Nado with MK.

Fuck Brawl, It's a shitty ass game with a shitty ass game engine, and a shitty ass fan base. Fuck brawl....

Oh, and to all you retarded fuck nuts that think brawl dosn't have any "exploitable" glitches, you're fucking retarded. MK's Infinite Cape glitch ring a bell? Or are you all to fuckin stupid to know about it?

Brawl = Slow, Floaty, Lame, Gay, Dumb, Retarded, GAY!, no fun, 8 min matches, stall wars, camp wars, No skill, poorly made, fag fan base, alllll gaaaaaaaaaaaay, ez to be good at, horrible online play, MK tournaments, god I can go on forever..... How the fuck is Brawl more balanced? NO ONE CAN BEAT MK! I don't think that's to balanced....

Who's brilliant idea was it to give Jigglypuff a sword, an infinite cape stall, and a spammable set of B Moves, one being the lame ass tornado that only a few moves can break? Oh yeah, The same fuckin dumb ass that made the piece of shit game that MK is in... Fuck Brawl...

You're right that the edge of the screen was bigger in the original, but I'm positive that's because the edge of the screen was much closer to the end of the stage than in the others. Think back to Zelda or Mario's stage in particular: you could hop off the ledge and leave the screen. By contrast, the edge of the screen in most Meelee/Brawl levels can't be reached without using your triple-jump.The obvious exception to this are the levels with no edge: I do wish the dead zone was bigger for those. :-/

Long story short, it's just as possible to recover now than before, but you won't have to do so off screen as much. And considering that I use Ness a lot, I think that's a good thing!

Melee has very little balance, dude. Half the roster was there more for giggles than for practical use, and there were two clear choices if you're looking for the best character for all situations. Brawl's improved there; there are still a few characters who are nowhere near as good as the rest, but it's a smaller list, and there are still no clear favorites. With luck, there never will be.

And while you're right about the slowing-down part, the "casualized" part is rather off. You're just too used to Melee at this point, and you haven't tried to accept the changes that Brawl brings.

At first I enjoyed Melee more, but now Brawl. I miss Roy but Ike makes up for him and I'm glad to see Kirby isn't such a weightless wimp like in Melee.
