I'm going to skip going through all the pages and just assume that a lot of people came in here and said PS3, then Soriku started WWIII with them

well when they have just release another kindom hearts the other wk in the us on ps2 id say it will come to ps3.

It seems that quite a few people picked up on the idea that your OP was, as you refered to it, "completely nonsensical garbage". The fact that so many people rebutted you leads to the opposite conclusion that you've drawn actually.  If people had found it agreeable or acceptable they wouldn't have disagreed with you.

Unfortunately the joke is on you though because if your entire purpose was just to stir up trouble that is trolling.  Fortunately I think you're covering your ass here so I'll let it go, but feel free to convince me otherwise.

The funny thing is that I think most people missed the fact that Legend and I seem to completely agree on this issue....which doesn't happen often if ever that I can remember.  That should be a sign...maybe just a sign of the end of the world, but its definitely a sign.

Umm ok. Haven't been round a lot recently, so I didn't know you or any of your previous posts. But, as you know, on VGChartz, when people write stuff like that, often they actually mean it.

I picked it up because I think Kingdom Hearts is an interesting example of how games companies work and what they base their decisions on - so I'm curious to see how SE will decide this one. On the this forum (and the internet in general), everybody is throwing around their expertise... most of which is pulled out of their a***s. 

 

 

I especially like the assumption that S-E and Disney are going to base their decision on Nomura's console bias rather than common sense.

And that the Crystal Tools engine isn't compatible with Wii.

 

Don't know if you're joking here as well, but just to be sure: Crystal Tools IS compatible with Wii.

Convince you to think this actually was a troll attempt, rather than a joke post? I'll try my best?

Though obviously such nonsense is acceptable, otherwise I would've been called out on it a lot more than I was. But apparently the irony in my posts wasn't absord enough. I'll remember to to use more spelling mistakes, mixtures and upper and lower cases throughout my posts and clear cut jokes the next time I try. :]

Instead I get 15 more pages of serious debate. Completely shocked me.

If I go by checklist facts,
I think Wii has the most points in favour.
But if I go by my gut, I think PS3 takes it.

OK so lets review:

  1. Complete stranger strikes up a conversation by saying "I believe this _____"
  2. People discuss and mostly disagree with this person, while some agree.
  3. After a long discussion the stranger says "Haha I fooled you guys, man I can't believe you talked about this seriously and actually believed me when I told you my views".

Does that about sum it up?  Cause if so I dare you to make less sense.

 

PS - Out of curiosity, objectively speaking what threshold were you going for?  I counted 6 out of 184 posts claiming to think it would be a PS3 exclusive like your OP did. Or is 96.7% of the posts being at odds with the OP not enough?  Amusingly even fewer people actually agreed with any of those arguments.
