Forums - General - My girlfriend dumped me last week.

The Monday before christmas.  I know this sorta thing happens all the time but it just seems so heartless.  Women right, they should just make up their minds......i just thought i would share with the community.  I know this isn't (former) Relationship Advice Chartz but it's either this or MySpace.  Anyone else break up recently?

I broke up with my ex mostly because she wanted sex after 3 weeks and I don't want to post that I'm not a virgin in the "Are you a virgin?" thread (see link in sig)

I feel for you man. It's always rough but you will get through it in time.

I feel for you, i've been in that situation too a few years ago. My girlfriend at that time dumped me after a two year relationship, it was a huge blow because it was so sudden. Yeah, most times women don't make up their minds, but you'll see you'll find that one who will stay with you for better or worse ;) hang in there

Any breakup can be tough especially when you really care for somebody but this one lasted over a year and she was like I love you then next day she lives her life like it's a normal day! So many promises never kept, just like that too........

Unlucky man. Usually in this time period i would go out and bang a hooker, get an sti, get it removed and then remember why i hate women so much

I hope my 360 doesn't RRoD

Sorry man, most of us have been there before. You definitely get over it eventually and then someone else special comes along.

Oh, and I would at least change your avatar.

No i trusted her but the past few months she's been getting more and more shady. She wants something new and i'm sorta a boring boyfriend anyway. I gave everything to her though.

Wow, some of you guys need a fucking tissue box.

Shit happens. Girls dump you. It sucks ass. But get over it. You don't have to get over it immediately, but becoming bitter about it is about the dumbest thing you could do. Guys do the same thing all the time, if not more often.

We had two bags of grass, seventy-five pellets of mescaline, five sheets of high-powered blotter acid, a salt shaker half full of cocaine, a whole galaxy of multi-colored uppers, downers, screamers, laughers…Also a quart of tequila, a quart of rum, a case of beer, a pint of raw ether and two dozen amyls.  The only thing that really worried me was the ether.  There is nothing in the world more helpless and irresponsible and depraved than a man in the depths of an ether binge. –Raoul Duke

It is hard to shed anything but crocodile tears over White House speechwriter Patrick Buchanan's tragic analysis of the Nixon debacle. "It's like Sisyphus," he said. "We rolled the rock all the way up the mountain...and it rolled right back down on us...."  Neither Sisyphus nor the commander of the Light Brigade nor Pat Buchanan had the time or any real inclination to question what they were doing...a martyr, to the bitter end, to a "flawed" cause and a narrow, atavistic concept of conservative politics that has done more damage to itself and the country in less than six years than its liberal enemies could have done in two or three decades. -Hunter S.
