I'll only seen a few, like Bleach, Full Metal Panic, and Tri-Gun. Anyone have any other anime shows I should check out?

Elfen Lied, Ga-Rei Zero, Cowboy Bebop, Full Metal Alchemist, Mushi-shi.
Elfen Lied is just 13 eps and Ga-Rei is just 12 so they are really quick to get through. Elfen Lied is far far far better than Ga-Rei but that's still very damn good too. Rest are 26 cept FMA which is 52.

That's cool, I'll definately check out Elfen Lied and Ga-Rei since I'm a little short on time nowadays, hopefully I'll be able to checkout Full Metal Alchemist when I get more time.
Berserk is always solid... Beck is a really good anime...hmmm... Fruit Baskets is a favorite of mine... I'm totally a Yuki fan... f' Kyo! Naruto is good... Naruto Shippudden is better... the bad thing about it is fillers(lots of those when the anime catches up to the manga). Elfen Lied is bloody as hell... the manga is still on going if it really catches your interest. If you have broadband a paypal goto Narutofan.com and sign up for their Anime Plus! service... basicly you pay for the bandwidth to download well over 200 different anime. Some people don't like Tazmo, but he's a pretty savvy guy. Oh... going into my collection on my PC... Eyeshield 21 is a American Football anime and totally f'n awesome even if you don't really care for the sport... the main characters are just different. Monster is a disturbing psychological anime about a guy who is totally deranged and the man that is chasing him.
My friends are really into Deathnote and Vampire Knight. VK is pretty hardcore, so if you arent into that stay away.
Edit: Sorry im thinking Manga....its getting late >.<
If you like comedies, I highly recommend Fruits Basket, Chobits, and Great Teacher Onizuka. The last two are a bit perverted, but they really are pretty genuine shows. They both deal with fairly mature subject matter in a mature way.
I don't really watch anime anymore, but the best series I have seen in a long time is Code Geass. Its like heroin. Its probably the most addictive anime I've ever watched.
We had two bags of grass, seventy-five pellets of mescaline, five sheets of high-powered blotter acid, a salt shaker half full of cocaine, a whole galaxy of multi-colored uppers, downers, screamers, laughers…Also a quart of tequila, a quart of rum, a case of beer, a pint of raw ether and two dozen amyls. The only thing that really worried me was the ether. There is nothing in the world more helpless and irresponsible and depraved than a man in the depths of an ether binge. –Raoul Duke
It is hard to shed anything but crocodile tears over White House speechwriter Patrick Buchanan's tragic analysis of the Nixon debacle. "It's like Sisyphus," he said. "We rolled the rock all the way up the mountain...and it rolled right back down on us...." Neither Sisyphus nor the commander of the Light Brigade nor Pat Buchanan had the time or any real inclination to question what they were doing...a martyr, to the bitter end, to a "flawed" cause and a narrow, atavistic concept of conservative politics that has done more damage to itself and the country in less than six years than its liberal enemies could have done in two or three decades. -Hunter S. Thompson
Well, movie wise, I would suggest Akira, greatest anime movie of all time in my book.
