That won't stop me from setting up a countdown, however.

 

Its possible they could space them by just 1 year. Look at the remakes of DQ4 and 5.

Wii- 72 million   3rd Year Peak, better slate of releases

360- 37 million   Should trend down slightly after 3rd year peak

PS3- 29 million  Sales should pick up next year, 3rd year peak and price cut

 who wouldnt want 20 second load times for each random battle!?!?! lol.. There is a reason I want a DS remake... the game was created on a cart, and it needs to be played that way.

They are making V and VI for the DS. I believe V will come out sometime next year, and VI the year after that.

 

No, they haven't announced it, but it's common sense.
