The internet is serious business son, it is best you learn to use proper grammar.

That would be abolutly unplayable online mode. Active player has tremendous advantage over reacting player so game would probably suffer from rediculus amount of "first turn syndrom" where starting players almost always win.

As for ranking system I was a bit disspointed that few missions require scout runs to get A.

I only thought you were ranked based on the amount of turns you used to win.

Can't remember what chapter I am at now, 12-ish I think (place bomb, destroy bridge, armored train to fall to its destruction), and that is fucking tough.

But I love the game, it is awesome. This thing really deserves better sales, though if I had to point to something bad about it, I would say... Uhm... I can't read what the potentials do whenever I look at someones potentials (like choosing reinforcements), which I think you should, because I can't remember what they do for shit xP
