That is really stupid that you get the demo as a pre-order bonus. I guess if you are impatient to play the game then it is worth it, but I'd rather support VGChartz and buy from here.

The game is out on Feb. 29th. The codes for the demo are going out on Feb. 3rd

Sony can easily have a demo out for the public in time for the game's release, and at the same time already have a word of mouth rolling on the internet.

Or maybe release the demo a little after the game, as it was already pointed out that Sony did the same with Motorstorm: Pacific Rift.

EDIT: Oh wait, those mails are only for online customers. Well, the demo will probably be available around the same time to those who pre-order in the shop, if not earlier. So my point still stands.

Why can't they have something cool?! I alwasy pre-order at gamestop because it's close and I don't like ordering things online. But why would I really want a demo for a game that I'm already going to be playing two weeks later? Give me a multiplayer demo at least! At least that stays fresh when you play it over and over! :(
