Forums - Gaming - Ninja Gaiden BLACK or SIGMA?

I would recommend Ninja Gaiden Black. Ninja Gaiden Sigma is just a port of Ninja Gaiden Black.
Ninja Gaiden Black can be found for very cheap around $5. Ninja Gaiden Sigma is full price at $60 for the exact same experience as Ninja Gaiden Black.

Sigma is apart of the Greatest Hits collection... its $29.99 or less

So it's a port? Wow... that's not what the little insert said... It said something like

"Re-designed and enriched with new graphical capabilities..."

It made me think it was like buying MGS:TTS over just MGS1.

ok this is ninja gaiden black

This is ninja gaiden sigma

Check out my game about moles ^

I don't like ninja gaiden though, i think the guy looks more like a clown than a ninja.. the mask in particular doesn't help... and then the story is a mess and seems pretty random.. Gameplay is playable though (even if it is hard as fuck)

^Nah, Ryu is awesome. I just didn't like it because of the unnecessarily high difficulty. I'll stick to God of War, thanks.

I would get Sigma if you have a PS3....it costs $30 or less now

Ninja Gaiden Sigma is a good game, its really not as hard as people say it is, just it has few saving points

Now I'm undecided.lol

I don't have much PS3 games, so purchasing the PS3 version would be ideal for me I guess.

Ninja Gaiden Black has an unlockable version of the NES Ninja Gaiden in it. Sigma doesn't.

I have both but there really isn't much apart from the graphical upgrade.

@jasonnc80

Pricing is, that's what's bothering me. Should I get the game on the Xbox for its $10 or lower or get the PS3 version which is $30.
