Do you use your Wiimote? The Classic controller or your Gamecube controller. I'll get SSBB sometime this weekend, but I don't think I'll like playing it with the wiimote, Should I get a Gamecube remote?

I switch between the Remote only and the Gamecube. I've never tried using the Classic Controller.

lol I highly suggest you grab a gamecube controller. Tried all of them none compare . Plus you can use the GC controller with a lot of VC games too. The classic controller ain't too bad but feels awkward .

Trust me Wiimote only is the way to go. GCN controller feels like shit and slows you down imo.

Wiimote is simple and fast and youre still able to do everything that the ugly fat GCN controller does.

Have you played Melee yet?
If so, it's too late to turn back on the GC controller.
If not, Wii remote + Nunchuck is the next best thing.

Wii Remote alone. And I still suck.

Wiimote nunchuk.

Wiimote & Nunchuk. I used to play both the original and Melee so it took a while to get used to the different layout of the Wiimote but it works and feels great too. I prefer it too a wired GC controller.

gamecube controller

The Wiimote+Nunchuck is vastly superior and allows for better gameplay (I especially love dodge-rolling with the nunchuck). I played Melee with the GCN controller but once I get used to the Wiimote+Nunchuck I started kicking the shit out of all the people in my group of friends who "had" to stay with the GCN controller.
