i do it's a sony SD tv i've tried buying HD tvs i ended up returning them all there not up to par yet at least 32'' inch and down that's the size i want my SD can change channels faster than any HD out there my SD also has 4 picture modes while most HD's have 3 my SD can be viewed at any angle most HDs picture fads out wen looking directly at it from the bottom also the refresh rate on the those sizes is still at 10ms while all SDs are at around 1ms meaning the HDs cause a motion blur wen fast moving objects are on screen like sports shows or wen you move the camera in a video game

i now the bigger models might not have these prombs but i ain't ready to fork over 2 grand for a tv that can do things my SD can besides all you have to do is set ur ps3 display options to 16-9 and all wide screen games that have black bars in them well fit a SD screen no more black bars so i'm not in a rush to get 1 i'm just waiting for the technology to get there so i can get the best 1

i am using my 720p TV for around a year now. (but i am playing on a SDTV when i visit my Friend.)

the difference is okay, but i think if my TV wasnt broken, i wouldnt have bought the newer one, lets give me a advice:

If you want to buy a TV, wait until you have enough money for a 1080p thing, because 720p/1080i isnt worth the money these days.

(cheaper method: use your PC Monitor, looks very well, and its cheap. just watch out that you have one who is capable to the HDMI Signals)

I'm a Foreigner, and as such, i am grateful for everyone pointing out any mistakes in my english posted above - only this way i'll be able to improve. thank you!

I do it on a 26" SD TV.

:(

I did but this holiday I bought an HDMI cable and connected it to my new computer monitor. I went from 480i to 720p and it is amazing.

For my birthday if I get an HDTV (I think I will) I will then move to 1080p and a much bigger screen, 42inches. Can't wait till next month. lol

i play through rgb on my hdtv cos hdmi broke i tthink that > rgb on sdtv.

buyin component nxt week.

S...D..??? what's that?

For the time being i'm using my PS3 & Xbox 360 on a 20 inch old sd tv, which sucks. When i go back to my apartment i'll go back to gaming on a 42 inch HDTV with HDMI, the difference is amazing, especially with the PS3.

That Was Left-Handed

Xbox Live: Spire VII

Playstation 3 Network: Spire_VII

I used to play my PS3 on my 22" inch computer monitor (It has HDMI/DVI/VGA) and my Wii on the TV, then i bought the HDTV, and now my gaming rig, my PS3 and my Wii are there, my computer monitor is now used by the work PC...

Probably more than 50% of PS3 owners. Sony does well by not including HD cables in the box!

I've gotta say Sony pulled a huge bitch move not giving HD cables out of the box.
